Announcing the MADHAV KOKANE SCHOLARSHIP for Kohinoor College Students - [Academic Year 2025]
This is to inform all the students of Kohinoor College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies that we are pleased to announce “MADHAV KOKANE SCHOLARSHIP” Scheme from this Current Academic Year.
The motto behind this scheme is to empower students who genuinely deserve and want to make the most of the education being offered to make a bright & successful career ahead!
There are 3 different schemes for each year of students from first year to third year which will have a selection & screening criteria which needs to be met up with followed by a final round of selection for the awardees of the scholarship.
All interested students need to read the criteria carefully and then only fill up the application form for the same.The highlight of the scheme is Exemption of the Tution Fee of Rs. 43,500 which the student will not be paying for that particular year.
Scheme Design for the Scholarships !
For 3rd Year Students :T.Y.B.Sc [HS]
The students will be screened on the basis of the K-S-A Scheme, which is Knowledge, Skills & Ability check. There would be rounds of selection for the interested students and the test results shall be followed by one to one interviews.
For 2nd Year Students- S.Y.B.Sc [HS]
The students will be screened on the basis of the A-A-A Scheme, which will apply to excellent academic records, above average attendance levels in theory & practicals & an Aptitude Test as a part of the shortlisting for the scholarship.
For 1st Year Students -F.Y.B.Sc [HS]
The students will be appearing for an essay writing round on the topic of "HOSPITALITY" to be handwritten in English in a time frame of maximum 1 hour which will be evaluated and shortlisted candidates list shall be generated for processing. All those interested for the respective schemes as mentioned above are instructed to collect the application form for the same from the college reception We welcome our students to make the most of this opportunity & develop themselves into a competent candidate for the Hospitality Industry!
