Located in Bhatye Village in the District of Ratnagiri. “Kohinoor College of Hotel Management” is just 7 kms away from Ratnagiri Station and easily accessible by local transport. A new age institute with the most modern facilities for the benefit of students, it is attached to the Kohinoor Samudra Beach Resort and is a premium location for studying. A scenic picturesque view and a large campus with hostel facilities are the plus points of this campus. RATNAGIRI is located in the southwestern part of Maharashtra state on the Arabian sea coast. It forms a part of the greater tract known as Konkan. This tract is historically famous for its long coastline and convenient harbours. The surrounding area is bordered by the Sahaydri Hills on the West. The fertile alluvial valleys produce the luscious Alphonso mango, coconut and rice as the main crops. Fruits and cashew nut cultivation is also being promoted.

HOSTEL

Separate Hostels for boys and girls are attached to the college. A mess for all their meals is run by the college. In addition, facilities like, the Health Club for their Physical Fitness and Yoga for their spiritual fitness are provided. The college is attached to Kohinoor Samudra Beach Resort where they are given an opportunity to practice their theoretical skills and update their practical knowledge.

The Degree course B.Sc (Hospitality Studies) is a Three Year full-time course affiliated to the University of Mumbai and eligibility is H.S.C. or equivalent with minimum 45% marks for open category & 40% marks for reserved category.
